Is return shipping included in the price?
You will be charged a shipping fee when you check out with your order. This fee is the return shipping for when your quilt is finished. You will have to ship your quilt to us, which is not included in the price.
How do I package my quilt to send it to you?
We recommend that you place your quilt, back, and batting (if you are shipping your own) in a clean plastic bag so that it is protected during shipping. Otherwise, please follow the directions of your postal service.
What do I need to send with my quilt?
All you need to send besides your quilt top, back, and batting (if you are supplying your own) is your name, order confirmation number, and phone number. You can print and include your order confirmation email if that is easiest for you.
What if my quilt isn't the dimensions shown on your options?
We provided dimensions in the options menu to give you a general idea of the size of quilts in that category, you can also compare your quilt size to the chart in the product description. We understand that not all quilts are the same and yours may not have the same dimensions as the ones listed. We only ask, if the total square inches of your quilt is more than 500 over the dimensions shown you select the next level of quilt size category.
How do I calculate the total square inches of my quilt?
Simple! You just multiply the length of your quilt by the width of your quilt. So if your quilt is 50 inches by 70 inches your quilt is 3500 square inches.
How do I know which quilt size category my quilt fits into?
All you have to do is look at the approximate dimensions and select the category that best fits your quilt's dimensions. Calculating the total square inches (see above) of your quilt can help you to be more accurate, you can compare your quilt size to the chart in the product description. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us and we would be happy to help you place your quilt into one of the categories.
How big does the back/ batting for my quilt need to be?
The back and batting (if you are sending your own) need to be 4 inches bigger than your quilt top on all sides. For example, if your quilt is 50 inches by 70 inches, your back would need to be 58 inches by 78 inches.
What if I want a different thread color than the ones listed?

If I do not want quilting in a block or section of my quilt can you do that?
Cutting out blocks, appliques, or embroidery in a quilt is considered custom quilting. At this time we can only offer edge to edge services; meaning, whichever design you choose will be quilted over your entire quilt, top to bottom and left to right.
My
My quilt has sequins and beads on it, can I still get edge to edge quilting done?
We would not recommend that you get edge to edge quilting done on a quilt with embellishments like beads or sequins. Not only will it change the aesthetic of your quilt, it could damage the machine.
I want prairie points on my quilt, should I attach them before sending it to you to be quilted?
If your prairie points are on the farthest outside border of your quilt, we can place the edge to edge quilting inside of the border with the prairie points. If your prairie points are on an interior border, then they will be quilted down by the edge to edge quilting.
What if I want two different quilting patterns on my quilt?
Changing quilting patterns within your quilt is considered custom quilting. At this time we can only provide edge to edge services, so the quilting pattern must be the same throughout the whole quilt.
I don't know what design or thread color I want, can you help me?
We would be happy to help you! Feel free to contact us at info@sheridanartanddesigns.com and we would be happy to help you pick the best design and thread for your project.
